    Any one ever hear of this or try it. I heard about it at the gym today.

    it's a good product. IMO, for the price the protein per serving that you get is to low
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    LOL, I used mine to mix my protein so it probably had PLENTY of protein in THAT serving! oops

    I like it. I use it with On's whey. I think it is good for bulking

    Im on whey right now, so taking that with whey wouldnt be too much protein at a time. I heard your body only uses like 50 grams of protein in one sitting and you basically shit out the extra.

    it could help. there are not many constants in this sport. you don't need as much protein as most people think to synthesize new muscle tissue. as long as the body has a positive nitrogen balance you are getting enough protein but there are many other factors that ultimately determine wether or not new muscle tissue is formed

    Thanks for the info. I just jumped on whey cause I always thought the same thing about protein.....overrated.
