There is no real evidence to support HMB, and it's very expensive due to the manufacturing process.
Anyone here ever tried a creatine/HMB supershake. I have heard that is really boost muscle growth and that muscle growth was faster and more in novice bodybuilders versus expert bodybuilders. So they really recommened it for bodybuilders just starting off. Off course the grams in creatine intake rise in the beginning and slowly go down to 2-4 grams. But I was just wondering if anyone had ever tried this?

MAKE IT WORTH IT!!!!!!
Well thats the magazine's talking as ususal i just wanted to know if anyone believe in it or not!! Thanks
Did you read that in Flex? HMB has only shown efficacy in DIETING bodybuilders, on a low carb, high protein diet, when getting ready for a show. For the regular guy, it just has not proved itself in the real world.
Now creatine + glutamine...now you have something!
