    Wrist Pain

I have minor wrist pain, and I was wondering if there was any supplement I could take to aid in helping my wrists... maybe something that helps with joints, not to sure..

http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...postcount=1393 Up your vit C. Also something with glucosamine and chondroiten(sulfate) would be a good investment. I have been reading a bit into MSM and it seems to be overpriced for what it is.. There are a number of other less expensive, yet equally effective dietary sources of sulfur, including eggs, meat and fish – as well as sulfur containing amino acids such as methionine and cystine/cysteine. However I buy my pills with all 3 in them(Triple Flex, triple strength).

Thanks P. How much vitamin c should I be taking per day? I take about 1000% of my daily value each day as is.

1000%.. is that like 3000mg? I dont know what the RDA is, but I try and take in 3-5000mg a day spread out evenly, because Vit C is water soluble(you will piss away what you dont use).

Take them more spread out.. maybe 2 tabs 3 times a day. Like I said, its water soluble, so what you cant use right away, just passes through you. I use the chewables from Costco but they have some sugar in them. I think nature made makes some small sugarless tablets.
