    Thermolife Tribosten vs. Anabolic-Matrix Rx

The study I saw today looks like Thermolife has 30% protodiocin compared to the 22% Anabolic Matrix. Anyone know about this stuff?

even on their own site they only claim 20% protodiocin in their 250mg serving size of Tribulus, Anabolic-Matrix Rx offers 750mg of Tribulus per serving, nor do I even know of a raw material supplier that can gaurantee 30% protodiocin, so again I ask for a link.

Robert, I was searching the web today and fell upon it not knowing the implications. I will try hard to find the link. I may have done a calculation wrong, so here is what I remember. It was a third party analysis of the most common tribulus's, tribex was among them. This product I use and like, I'm 33. What it said is that Tribex had 35mg per capsule of protodioscin and triboten had 75 per capsule. If each capsule is 250mg and 75 mg is protodioscin, then that is 30%. I believe your product has 22% based on the label. Once again I will be dilligent in my search. I did have one question though, isn't avena sativa just as important as tribulus; why is it not in your product?

If you read under #7, it say each sample was ground to powder and a equivalant to 500mg of Trib was used. So if they used a 500mg sample and got 73.3, that is 14.6%. I am right or wrong?

dg806, I believe you are right with the 500mg sample by crushing 20 tablets, but the results were given per tablet. Which is 73.3mg/tablet. That equals 29%. Robert your response didn't idicate your analysis. I don't want to bash any product here I just want to get to the bottom of this. Thanks.

I think we should get into the other ingredients as well. Is it all about protodioscin? When determining a better product we have to look at all the ingredients.

    alot of them contain zilch

i was talking to one of the supplement gurus the other day. he highly recommended sopharma and thermolife. He hasn't tried robs product but he did say any effective trib product should have at least 20% protodioscin which AMrx does.

exactly, Anabolic-Matrix Rx contains 7 ingredients, TongKat Ali being one of the most expensive ones, it also has DIM and Chrysin, so you are comparing it to a product that ONLY contains Tribulus, remember that.
