    OK to refrigerate vitamins?

I live in a very, very, hot climate. My vitamins get "little brown spots" on the them. I think it's from the humidity and heat, and them being in an enclosed jar. This is an ignorant quesiton. (I hope this is the right thread).

Is it OK to keep vitamins in the refrigerator?

I put a few of mine in the fridge, in the door. They're just fine.
