    Supplements

    I need to know what supplements I am aloud to take that help alot and are not bad for me. I am 14 years old and already take

    -one a day vitamins
    -b vitamins

    whey, creatine, there isnt much you need, lifting isnt about the suplements, there is no magic pill, get out there and lift like a beast

    I heard creatine doesn't really help and there is a possible chance it can damage your liver.

    i heard that creatine can cause polio and that your penis falls off after only a few months of usage.

    At your age you need to concentrate on diet, and just stick to whey. Get the diet down and lift correctly and thats all you need until your a little older..

    you may have heard this from people that do not respond well to creatine monohydrate, either way at your age a multiple vitamin, EFA's (i.e. fish oil) and some protein powder are the only supps you need.
