I heard creatine doesn't really help and there is a possible chance it can damage your liver.
At your age you need to concentrate on diet, and just stick to whey. Get the diet down and lift correctly and thats all you need until your a little older..
Wow...creatine is some BAD stuff!

you may have heard this from people that do not respond well to creatine monohydrate, either way at your age a multiple vitamin, EFA's (i.e. fish oil) and some protein powder are the only supps you need.Originally Posted by Fashong
