    Best tasting is.....

The absolute best tasting protein shake I believe is Foundation. It comes in an orange and white container. The chocolate is really rich and tasty! MMMmMmMMM!

It could be found at GNC.

I take Elite. One scoop serving with no chunky texture after you shake it up. I use the Apple flavor. Tastes fine mixed with any juice.

I'm quite fond of Building Blocks Chocolate Bar from Atillio's....and as for mixing protein power with milk, I have read a couple of places that the lactose in milk bonds with the protein and prevents it from being absorbed into the body. Anyone else heard this?

yeah, I use this and its pretty good. I once blended a snickers bar with it and some bannanas. It was delicious but probably not that good for me. Oh well, its good enough by itself.
