Ok i have a multiviatmin should it be anything special/specific?
I read that creatine is best when taken after wrokout is this true or does it realy matter when u take it? what does magnesium, potassium, b 50 complex, and flax oil do for you? I have heard of them just not familiar with what they do.I also have viatmin C.

Also sine u have mentioned the protein I should be consuming 180mg of it then? If so thats like 9 drinks or 4-5 if i make each one a 2 serving. Is there any whey protein that i can gte that has more than 20mg of protein in it so i can drink less?

    Thanx alot

Any mulit vit is pretty good. I use men's one a day. The stuff is mostly for anti toxicants for stuff floating around after a workout and to help your body build and use the protein. Dont drink all that powder, eat tuna, chicken breast,,use fitday.com and figure out what your consuming :-)

I take the creatine pre workout in the am. On a fairly empty stomach.

You should pick up a bodybuilders nutritian guide on amazon.com btw..get it used for super cheap!
