Vitamins/Importance
Can someone explain to me why I should be taking Fish oils. I am training heavy and trying to build mass. I talked to my Uncle who is almost 60. He has been lifting his whole life. He seems to think I don't need any of those vitamins. Also, what is the best and cheapest on-line site to purchase vitamins? Right now I just take protein powder. I have a bottle of creatine ethyle ester but I haven't started it yet. I also take a multi but I just ran out.

Fish Oil and Your Health

Omega 3 fatty acids are probably one of the most imporant supplements that EVERYONE should be taking, not just people involved in resistance training.
do a searchI train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
