seriously, i think if you keep plugging away at the carb (complex) and protein with some healthy fats you'll gain.

Yeah, what he ^^ said. SwoleV2 and Nitrotech are both overrated and over marketed. Creatine and Protein supplements can help, but they are just that, SUPPLEMENTS. Concentrate on real food first then add supps as needed/desired

I agree about Nitrotech, but swole does what it says and for fairly cheap too.
***allthough I prefer CEX now that I've tried it so as long as I can still aford it I'll be sticking with that

Probably works great for some but not for others, I loved the results from it and before that I tried NO Explode and that did nothing but give me the shits, but for some I've talked to its been the oposite No Explode worked wonders for them and swole didn't do a damn thing.....sometimes you just got to do some trial and error and see how your body reacts But I do believe pretty firmly that ANYTHING muscletech offers (refering to previous ? about swole and nitrotech) you can get the same thing from a different company for a fraction of the price being half of what you pay them just goes simply to pay for their 10 page ads. They are the deffinition of overrated!

I agree diet is priority but there is decent supplements out there you just have to not be afraid to ask questions, read customer reviews, look at ingredients and don't just buy a supplement cause of their used car salesman ads they publish or because "the label on the bottle was really cool!"
