Nutraceutical had challenged the ban on the grounds that the FDA had not proven that low-ephedra products were dangerous. The company has made a dietary supplement with a daily dose of ephedra of less than 10 milligrams, while some ephedra products marketed for rapid weight loss and bodybuilding have had more than 100 milligrams. I guess you could always take 10 pills, right? Haha.

Ephedra is not natural. It is a drug. The ban is good.

This does not mean the ban is lifted and they can sell it agian.
They will continue to debate it.
