    1-ad for leaning out

does anyone ever use 1-ad while cutting to help maintain muscle, or perhaps to keep increasing strength?

i'm sure it can be done. you might want to add a low dose of 4ad to that though for libido's sake. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?articleID=75

1-ad can certainly be used on a cut. I've done it. I think the guy who said "no" is just dead wrong. IMO.

He asked if anyone did, and I have never heard (until now) of anyone doing it. So, to the best of my knowledge, "No" was a correct answer. I adjusted it for your viewing pleasure

used 1-ad once and 1-t once on cutting cycle. My cutting cycles last 12 weeks. Usually what happens for me is I gain strength the first 4-6 weeks, then plateu the next 4 weeks and usually the last 2-4 weeks I start losing a little strength but nothing like if I wasn't using pro-hormones. One cutting cycle I actually gained 1/4 inch on my arms. Just depends on your calorie intake and how low a bf% your looking to get to. Usually when I get below 10% is when I start losing my strength. By the way, I use the carb cycling diet for cutting. I've found the side-effects of pro-hormones (speaking specifically libido) is worse when cutting then bulking. Oh well, hope that helps from my experience.
