    Creatine

Knowing that there are massive selections of creatine, which brand have you guys/gals found most effective? I've been thinking, and i have made my decision to go out and buy some, but not sure of what kind to get. From what i've heard Cell-Tech is supposed to be good, but is very over priced to other creatines that are just as good as it.

Ok... screw Celltech... it is basicly creatine, dextrose, ala, and chromium.

    I recommend...

-Buy 1000g of AST Creatine. It is the nicest i've seen, as fine as powdered sugar.

-Get a 1 gallon gatorade container... drink it or dump it and keep the container.
-Go to a health store and get 2lb of Dextrose for like 2-3 bucks and pour it all in the container.
-Put in 2 Koolaid packets for flavor, and fill up the container w/ water.
-This only costs a few bucks and lasts several weeks. Each ounce is about 7g of dextrose. I take like 4oz before I lift for some carb energy, and about 6 ounces after for replacing glycogen and spiking my insulin (which is GREAT for nutrient absorption/creatine absorption).

-Then if you want... you can buy R-ALA for like 15ish bucks for 100 tabs (100mg each) and you can buy Chromium Picolinate for about 6 or 7 bucks for I think 100 or 120 tabs.

There you go... you've got your creatine for 30-40 bucks (and GOOD quality) which will last up to 1/3 of a year depending on ur cycle method... you've got your dextrose transport system for less than 5 bucks (helps alot in my experience) which can last up to 4 or 5 weeks... and if you want you can take an R-ALA and Chromium tab every day for 100 days for about 30 bucks total.

IMO that is definately the way to go. Don't pay a bunch for Cell-Tech when you can do almost the EXACT same thing for less on your own.
