    Need Ephedrine Advice...

Ok... from comparing to sophomores on my floor at school, I have about a 9-10% body fat (sophomores and up have to have skin folds every semester).

I am 18, freshman in college, weighing 170 at the moment. I've made very significant strength gains this semester. My body fat is not really any worse than before. Basicly when it comes to fat, my body loves homeostasis. It rarely goes up OR down. It's hard to get fat or leaner, though I am not far from lean.

Anyway... I almost get the impression ephedrine is for people who need to lose alot... but if it just mobilizes fat, wouldn't like a 1/2 dose ECA stack before cardio still be ok, if I want to get real cut, but not lose muscle?

That would be like 12/200/??mg (E/C/A respectively). How much aspirin?

    Can I do this?

you don't really need the aspirin, but if you do I wouldn't use more then 200mg. Regular use of aspirin is not good on your liver. I don't notice a huge difference when I use the aspirin and when I don't.

ECA or any other cutting stack is great when you are fairly lean. It will help you get that last few pounds off easier especially if your body is stubborn.

Awesome man... that is what I wanted to hear. I don't wanna lose any muscle.. i just wanna be a couple % leaner! So how should I take the stack? How much how often? Never done EC/ECA.

I was just gonna do it 3 times a week right before cardio. That good?

how you take it depends on what you are using it for...taking it only three times a week would work for a pre-workout boost but I don't think that would be very effective for cutting.

The dose is going to depend on you and how your body reacts to it. For instance I cannot handle ECA because of the increase in blood pressure and rapid heart rate. I don't care for it anymore. I used to take the stuff in high doses and then stopped and when I went back to it its like it worked REALLY well. So I have EC 12.5/100. That is all my body can deal with. I think the norm is 25/200.

For cutting I would run it for 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. I would take it 3 times a day an no later then like 5pm unless you like being awake all night.
