yo yo yo i'm on my 3rd cycle of M1T (2 weeks in November, 1 week in February until i started cramping from running as I was running only 10mg/day to see if it would help with cutting). anyway, i ran the first bulking cycle with M1T at 10 mg/day for 5 days and then 20 mg/day for 9 days. ive been running at 20 mg/day for the past week. it's going really well - ive gained 8 lbs in 6 days. rock.
of course, my nuts are shrunk to hell, and my back is a bit sore, but otherwise negative side effects are nowhere to be found. im already noticeably stronger and i'm losing fat and gaining muscle (im only doing about 4000 cals/day right now rather than the 5000 i did last time, and my protein intake is through the roof. like 400 grams/day.) ive got loads of good sides and basically no bad sides. what would it be like if i upped it to 30 mg/day? the pills are 10 mg pills. should i wait out this week then run 30 next week, for two weeks of 20 and two of 30? i plan on running this for the next 2.5 weeks, since i'm 1.5 weeks into it now. any suggestions? thanks!
Stick with the lower dose bro...you always want to take the smallest amount of anything to see results....especially with androgens, and especially with M1T! You may feel like a God now but everyone who has seen bloodwork on it shows that M1T messes with your lipid profiles and cholestrol something harse...it also causes full shut down within 3 days! Don't get me wrong, I still like M1T and plan on doing a LAST cycle sometime down the road, but take precautions like NAC, Milk Thistle Extract, and Hawthorne Berry....Your body will thank you in the long run. Good luck with the cycle!
