    ? about Myoplex Lite

I just tried this for the first time. I mixed it with the recommended amount of skim milk and 5 gm of creatine. Should it be the consistency of thin pudding? It tasted good, but I felt totally sick and bloated the rest of the evening.

No, try mixing with water, or use more milk, or a combonation of water and milk.

The same ammount of water will thin out, but if you want to use milk just add a little more. 2 to 4 oz. should do the trick.

The addition of extra fluid just gives you more shake to try to swallow.Get a food scale and split it into 2 servings. You can drink both w/in a couple of hours and still not get that bloated feeling.
H ave you tried Metrx? I throw a couple of those into my meal schedule. Best results of any meal replacement I ever tried. They have a new Lite line that should be just as what you have.

do you have a problem with lactose? if so then the milk might be what is causing the bloating.

I`d go 50/50 with milk and water, should help the problem....unless you do have a lactose problem.

It's definitely not a lactose problem, but thanks for all the advice. I'll use milk and water next time.
