I ordered a few things, and 2 things weren't in the package when it was sent to me. I sent them an email as soon as I opened the package telling them that it was missing a couple of items. No questions asked, they overnighted the remaining items. I just wanted to help everyone out that has any skepticism about IBE; they will take care of you.

They've screwed up a couple of my orders but always send free product to make up for it.

yeah I order 2 of a product and they only had 1 at the time but were expecting more in the next business day but because shipping would have been delayed a day they gave me a 3rd at no charge and I still got it only in a couple days!

Keep in mind that they are able to do this because they charge at least 1000% more than they pay for it. I certainly agree about their ability to keep their customers happy. Sometimes, they just send me double what I ordered just for the heck of it.
