    Fish oils and appetite suppression

I have been taking fish oils for about 5 days now. I take about 5 a day. All with solid meals. I have noticed that I am not as hungry as I usually am. I can't even get down all the food I bring to work with me. Has anyone else experienced this?

well, fish oil is fat so that makes sense.

you should continue taking them, EFA's are extremely important in your diet.

Ya but I didn't think that little soft-gell could pack such a punch. I haven't eaten in like 3 hours and I am still not hungry. I have a turkey sandwich here but I so dont' want that. I need a steak. Maybe I'll just take them at night.
