    NO-Xplode and Cell-Mass Questions

I just got'em both for a cheap price and I was wondering if anybody here had any comments on them. Reviews, etc...

I'm about to finish my CEX and Bulk's AAKG, so I'mma give it a try to the NO-Xplode/Cell-Mass stack.

One of my questions is, should I follow the instructions? It says to take 1-3 scoops of NO-Xplode 45 min before work out and 1 scoop of Cell-Mass after w/o and then another 6hrs later.
Or should I do what I heard that somebody was doing, take 1 scoop of NO-Xplode + 1 scoop Cell-Mass 30-45 min before w/o???

IMO it makes no sense to take Cell-Mass (CEE) after w/o, just cuz the label says it helps u to volumize your cells and some crap like that. I think the best time to take creatine is before w/o, what u guys think???

And in general I wanna know your opinion on those 2 products by BSN.

you need to study up on creatine and how it works. creatine is not this magical potion that makes you stronger when taken 30min before workout. and if you read the no-xplode it has creatine as well. stick to no-xplode before and cell-mass after

I knoe that 'bout the creatine, is just that usually I take it 'fore my w/o, like right now I'm using CEX b4 my w/o and I'm getting good results.

But, by what I'm seeing, I think I'mma try it like that NO-Xplode pre w/o and Cell-Mass post w/o.
