By helping your sleep, any chance it helped recovery times?

For this summer, I am reallllly refining every detail of what I am working on, and all my goals. I also want to use all the supplements that will help, directly or indirectly making a difference, and nothing that is COMPLETELY useless.

I LOVED ZMA. I had trouble sleeping, and it was really messing up my gains (was getting about 4 hours a night). Taking ZMA 30-60 minutes before bed enabled me to get a decent night's sleep. Didn't notice anything from the "testosterone enhancing" side. If you want a natural test booster use Tribulus. If you want help sleeping use ZMA.

What's the deal with Tribulus. I've heard of it. Safe? Effective? I do NOT want any PH or Anabolic that is going to reduce my own test production or jack me up in any way.. I am natural. I just don't know about it... what is it?

I say you are. Creatine is not meant to alter your natural hormonal profile. I would say creatine is a relatively natural way of ensuring you can just go all out when you lift. It is helping you overload consistently, but it is not turning you into a massive muscle making machine.

Yes it's safe lol If it's still on sale after the government got ahold of the supplement industry - it's safe. It will be in no way effective as Anabolic steroids or PH's. Hell, it might not even do anything for you at all. I've never personally used the stuff, but I know a couple people who noticed obvious increases in their testoserone.

Why don't more people use it? Basicly you are saying that instead of forcing more test into you, and therefore downregulating your own production, it actually tends to upregulate your natural test production? Would it be worthwhile to try at my age (18)?
