Stack question

OK, I know this has been talked about a thousand times...but...

I'm starting a stack of Vasopro and Tight this weekend. Just want to be sure I have the right plan. From the discussions, it sounds like 1 tab each in the a.m. before breakfast, add a second of each before lunch if feels right.

I usually w/o at lunch, so how does that impact the timing? This is my first stack with eph, so I want to make sure I'm hitting it right...

I use ec 3 times a day. you should be fine. I take it before meals.

... e with the ingredients in tight? and this is your first stack? have fun with sweating like a horse along w/the shakes (unless your already have an excessively high tolerance for cns stims). don't worry tho, the shakes will go away in a few days (if u r lucky). also, can't hate on u tho. my first real fat-burning stack was ecy
