anybody have an article on how exactly the different PHs and other similar supplements work? like on the scientific level? i guess i never understood them totally. just had a basic idea, and how to run them...

rock on. i didnt know that the body reacted to (some) non-test substances as if it were test. makes a WHOLE lot more sense to me now
