I dont know about dat but creatine should be taken by every bodybuilder that wants to reach full potential.
(whilst mixing creatine in gatorade) i was told that the citrus in gatorade cancels out some of the ingredients or something in creatine..
is that true?

From the info that i have gained off everyone, you should not mix creatine in liquids that contain citric acid. Its said to cancel out all creatines effects. Mixing it with gatorate is debatable since it too has citric acid, but people do recommend mixing it together. So we will leave it too you to deciede![]()
