    Creatine + Gatorade

(whilst mixing creatine in gatorade) i was told that the citrus in gatorade cancels out some of the ingredients or something in creatine..
    is that true?

From the info that i have gained off everyone, you should not mix creatine in liquids that contain citric acid. Its said to cancel out all creatines effects. Mixing it with gatorate is debatable since it too has citric acid, but people do recommend mixing it together. So we will leave it too you to deciede

It is preferable to avoid "acidulic" juices (orange, grapefruit etc..) and caffeinated drinks or supplements to reap the full benefits of creatine.

gatorade is one of the best things you can mix creatine with...no fruit juices and a decent amount of sugar.

go buy some white/purple grape juice and mix the sucker. best thing for it. Most lab experiments use it.
    It's cheap too.
