ECA 3x a day and sickness

I have been taking the basic ECA stack for a little more than a week and so far I have been fine. I just started taking it 3 times a day and a little bit after the 3rd dose I feel really sick, tired, dizzy etc. I make sure I take it no sooner than every four hours and I never take the last dose past 5. Should I go back to taking it only two times a day or is this something that I will hopefully eventually adapt to? I can push through and just deal with it if I have to but I really feel like puking sometimes. Thanks.

sounds like hypoglycemia to me. remember, this stack reduces your body's desire to eat but that doesn't mean you can still go long periods of time w/o eating. force yourself to consume more food (preferably b4 u take your 3rd dosage) and you'l probably feel better.

Wow that sounds like a lot. Only given by the fact that I feel great on one and even some BBing vets use it max twice. I could be wrong but it sounds logical to say it's too much on your body.

Yea I have definately felt the decrease in appetite but I haven't cut out any calories or anything. I think I am going to start taking them after a meal because right now I am taking them on an empty stomache and that might cause some of the things I am feeling. I am also going to try boosting my water intake up a little bit because I might be getting dehydrated from the caffeine. It makes sense because I workout in the morning that that is where I drink most of my water.

I do the same thing, I felt a little "odd" the first few days. Nothing severe so I stuck it out, now I dont even feel anything. I do notice mild appetite supression but even that cant make a home made cookie look bad.

Taking it on an empty stomach is the most effective way.
