Well my gains have officially been at a halt for a couple months and I need to try something new without injections or being completely unhealthy... so my question is just how good is Anabolic Matrix RX at helping you put on mass? I read the reviews and I noticed almost everyone was commenting about being able to get it up rather than gains
Being 17, I can get it up just fine but I need to know just how much this product helps in the gym.
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.
Once you hit 19yrs old you will be more worried about getting it up than getting huge muscles.
Seriously...if your at a plateau now you got something really wrong going on with your diet/workout like gocock said. Check the stickys in the diet and nutrition section as well as the training section. Thats all you need.
Yep. Diet, a good routine, and some Creatine Ethyl Ester will get you back on the right path. Test boosters won't do jack for a 17 year old. Most likely, diet is the biggest problem. Work on that first.
