    Myoplex or GNC Protein?

A few strangers at the gym keep telling me this "Myoplex" or something tastes really good and is just as expensive as the GNC stuff I get. What are your opinions? I just got a Gold Card so I want to use it but not if its a waste.

Myoplex plus is very good stuff. I use the strawberry cream and it tastes great. I mix it with Milk, yogert, and a bannna.

I guess it's a matter of opinion. I had the Myoplex MRP's and it tasted like shit.

I like the GNC brand but it only has 20 grams of protein in it. I think thats why it tastes so good. Thats what I use twice a day.

Well I went to the GNC and bought 2 3lb jugs of Whey Protein. One Chocolate and one Vanilla. GNC had a special buy one get one free so the two of them only cost me 35 bucks.

They both taste decent. Much better than the berry flavor I got last.

PS: Whats up with the high cholosterol in these things?
