    1-AD Before and After Question (Cutting)

    I am currently on my third week of 1-AD. I am 31 and have been training for around 7 years. I am usually around 170-175lbs, and started 1-AD to surpass strength plateaus while gaining lean muscle mass. I have noticed good strength increases and my weight fluctuates between 180 -188 lbs, each week. I have alread gained at least a solid 8-10 lb.
    My question is this: How soon after a 3 week cycle of 1-AD @ 300mg/day, and a 2-3 week cycle of 6-0X0 can I use E/C/A to start cutting? Can I use it w/ 6 0X0? Anyone have experience with this?

    I wouldn't take eca stack during PCT. You want to keep you calories up so you wont lose your gains.

    Start cutting after PCT. So if you're on four weeks, do four weeks of PCT, then cut. And how can you fluctuate eight pounds? Do you drink water like a fiend one week and dry out completely the next?

    Your doing a 3 week cycle of 1-AD? Stretch it to six, your best gains will start coming around week 4

    I am not sure how the weight fluctuates so much. I do drink 5-6 Litres of water per day. It depends on when I weigh myself...morning, noon, night, b4 and after working out (drink 2L when working out)
    I have considered extending my program a few weeks...I have experienced little sides (lethargy, and some lack of sleep b/c I wake up 2 times a night to piss, and eat) and would like to keep it like this. If I do continue for 4-6 weeks (@300mg / day,) will I not experience more sides?

    Weigh yourself at the same time everyday, preferably in the morning as soon as you wake up, after you piss.

    If you keep the dosages at the same levels, and you don't mind the sides you're on now, going four weeks would be fine.

    Ya, the other MP--> MaxPump

    Well, if I have to buy another bottle...Maybe I should extend it to 6 weeks? Or should I up the dosage to use it up? I should say this is my first PH cycle.

    If it's your first cycle I would run it four weeks, at the dose you're at. If you're seeing gains with little to no sides, that's perfect.
