    Tri-creatine malate

    just purchased some of this stuff called C4 by 4EVER FIT and it says to take it twice a day 12 hours apart..... should i follow this or should i take it before and after workout like i did my normal creatine..... this way id be taking it when i wake up and after workout... which would be better.. suggestions please!

    I'd take it like regular creatine mono, pre and post workout.

    before and after your work-out would make the most sense.

    but rob.. ur max pump stuff says to take before workout only.. not after

    does anyone use Max Pump? i have a similar product.. Anavol by NxCare, it says take it on empty stomach in the morning and 30 minz before lunch.. but i take it before and after too.. works for me ... im almost out so i was wondering what i would get next...

    After reading the reviews, and of course knowing you use it i think i will get some, How do you use it? 3 tablets before workout and three after or in the morning and before lunch like my suggested "Cell Volumizer"... The Anavol works but is much more expensive(GNC) and possibly not as effective, based on the reviews

    I do 6 tabs about 30-40 minutes before my work-out, you could do 3 tabs pre and 3 tabs post, but you would not experience all of the effects during your work-out, i.e. pump, endurance, decreased lactic acid build-up, etc.
