What king of lifting schedule should I be on while I'm on PCT after 1AD?
kind"
Uh... the kind that involves lifting weights (preferrably free-weights) in an up and down manner creating resistance and strain in your muscle fibers so as to stimulate growth and continued strength.

OK, smart assed answers aside..... I usually switch up my training style a bit when I go off-cycle. For example:
During a cycle I may go with a Max OT approach with maximum weight and low repetitions. Post cycle I might drop the weight a bit and concentrate more on higher reps and intensity.
I suppose it al depends on what your goals are and where you are in the process of meeting them?
Oh... one thing I often do is switch exercises around a bit. On cycle I may work chest on Fridays. Off Cycle I'll work it on Tuesdays. On cycle I may work Flat Bench. Off Cycle I may switch to Flat Dumbbell Press. I really don't have a strategy here. I just switch up to keep from getting bored with the same-ole routine.
