YARGH! back cramps!

hey what do you guys do about back cramps when youre on m1t or whatever? im on my 4th and final week of m1t and i can barely do deads - 225 is about the max i can rep. the first set is super easy, but then it sucks. then it makes it a bitch to do seated rows, and i couldnt even do good mornings except for just the 45 lb bar. after my back cramps, a heating pad always takes it away, but i cant get through my workout. fuck, it even cramps when im doing hack squats on leg day, and sometimes even on things like bench press or french press. how do you deal with your cramps?

not a heck of a lot you can do, at least not that I know of, Advil helps a little.

I get aching lower back pain on M1T, but not cramps. I usually take a motrin which seems to help.

One problem with ibuprofen and acetaminophen is that it inhibits protein sythesis, so don't go overboard as you might hinder gains. See this study for more info http://ajpendo.physiology.org/cgi/co.../3/E551?ck=nck

It sounds more like you are having sever back pumps, not cramps due to hydration problems--potassium won't help. No supplement will. I can't do deadlifts on orals, and squats are hell. I would do deadlifts last or find a lower back machine until your cycle ends. If possible, don't dose the M1T within 4 hours prior to working out. Much better to time your dosage to take it with PWO shake, IMO.
