With my recent shipment of supps I just realized that I am taking a total of 3 VPX products.
VPX Redline Syrup
VPX CEX (CEE)
VPX Glutamine
They must be doing something right.
Anyway, I do have a question. I've been taking No-Xplode and just ran out. Can I just jump in and start using CEX, or should I wait a week? I hear it's good to have a period of transition between products.
I'm sure they do. But I don't pay any more for their products than I would any other. Plus, I don't think I've ever heard any negative reviews for any of their products yet. I'm excited to start using CEX.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.............
Should I wait a transitional period or can I just jump right in?

You can jump right into using CEX bro...no need to wait. You have chosen some very good products to use.

L-Glutamine should be consumed on an empty stomach at least 20 min before eating. That would be at least 3 hours after your last meal. I recommend taking the CEE an hour before workout time. Drink it straight, as the flavor would ruin any shake.

Absolutely correct, unless it is glut peptides, which can be consumed with whole proteins.
L-glutamine can be mixed with CEX with no problem, and taken 30 min before meals.
I do agree, unless it is a fruit flavored protein, CEX would not go very well in a protein drink.

Though I have to say, I am not looking forward to the taste. I could taste the nastyness through my shake when I made it, just think how it'll be straight with plain water ....
