Pissed off with shrinking upper arm....
I measured my upper arm today :7th May 2005 (cold) , and it's bloody shrunk by a 1/4" since February!
Stopped taking creatine after about 4 months of use, two weeks ago.... Maybe that's the reason. Bit of a piss off......
