    Creatine + WEEEED

    was just wwonderin if smokin up hinders results from creatine .... i get hte munchies and i eat like an extra meal.... dont notice any size dif... i only do this on my offdays on weekends.. i dont do it durin the week... any input would be good..thx

    actually the weed increases the effectiveness of the creatine.

    mj will not have an adverse effect on creatine supplementation
