On off days take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Where the fuck have you been anyway?

I take a whey shake first thing in the morning, every morning, workout or not. I just throw Creatine in there on the days I don't put it in my PWO shake

My goal is to stay lean and ripped up! so I do 20 min moderate cardio, followed by 3 grams of VPX CEX, weight training, and finish with 3 grams more of VPX Cex. works good here!! good luck!
