Sell me on these, since so many use them..

Ok I use micronized creatine monohydrate and L-Glutamine. I've always noticed the improvement I get from Creatine... glutamine... I just use it because so many say it helps. Lately I've been hearing about all this Creatine Ethyl Ester stuff. Is it really better? How MUCH better?

Can someone sell me a little more on Glutamine and CEE? I am gonna keep using Glutamine but would like to be a little more convinced... and maybe I should switch to CEE. We'll see.

Sell yourself. Do some research on it. Why would we want to come in here and "sell" you on it?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Well I have definately already researched what they are supposed to do... but I want to hear from other people how they used these and what they noticed.

There are lots of threads here on CEE. Personally I find it more effective than monohydrate, (better pumps and improved revovery times) but your milage may vary. Just buy a 100g pack (which costs about $5) and give it a shot.
