Whats "new" about it? WHY should it be loaded?
Ok so i like glutamine as a sup, but now my supplier is saying that this "new" glutamine is the shitzer cause you load it like creatine....
Should i use it or just stick with straight powder?? I gotta get some s'arvo and don't wanna waist my $$$

On the "new and improved" subject, I went into the local Attilio's a while back and the saleslady tried to sell me some "new and improved" creatine at a substantially higher price than the old creatine.
