    CE2 Creatine, Pro Plex Protein, 1-AD, and HGH, and of course multi-vitamins, and an extra E & C vits.

    Whey, casein/egg white protein, multi, CEE, citrulline malate, taurine, CoQ10, saw palmetto, ALCAR and PowerJolt. For PCT I'm using Sledge's 7-OH "painless oral solution" along with Nolva.

    I've just added Beverly Int. products they are great. I'm using Mass and Ultra 40 other products are BCAA,Ventilean and Meta- Burn XTP. Glutamine and whey protein powder.

    my current intake is pretty simple I take the gnc Multi Vitamin MEGA MEN's. MetRx Creatine Nitrate Fuel, Optimum 100% Whey Protein, Vitamin e, Joint strength, and fish body oil
