    Red face Nitric Oxide

Hey everyone, i've been lurking around these forums for a while, but havent posted much. Currently I am training heavily, and lean, taking only whey protein. My buddy is trying to get me to take either NO2 or pumptech to get better pumps in the gym but im a little skeptical about taking something that will dilate my veins... can anyone comment on experience?

I tried ON's Nitric Boost at 9g a day for a month and it had no effect. I'd save the money for whey and creatine.

I am currently on my 4th day of my first NOK2 cycle. I have heard many good stories about it. It is very expensive tho. I will keep you posted on how it is working.

From personal experience, 5g of l-arginine 2-3x's a day does wonders for achieving a good pump and its a lot cheaper than any other NO boosting supp out there. If you read the label, you will see that arginie, in one form or another, is the primary ingredient. You can get a bottle of 50 500mg tabs at wal-mart for less than $5. It usually takes about a week or so before you will really notice a difference. I had to reduce my dosage after a few weeks. Simply walking up a flight of stairs caused my quads and hams to develop such a pump, I felt like I was cramping up. Even at 20-22% BF, my arms and shoulders were noticeably more vascular.
