optmimum fish oil vs twinlab omega3 fish oil

    Hello

I saw those products in many stores, the fish oil of optimum cost about 3$ and the twinlab omega3 fish oil cost about 10$.

optimum fish oil contains 100 softgels, 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA, fish oil 1g. total fat 1g, polyunsat. fat 0.5g
    Total 300g of omega 3
twinlab omega3 fish oil contains 100 softgels, 234mg of EPA and 156mg of DHA, total fat 2g, sat. fat 1g.
    total 390g of omega 3

is the 7$ difference is justified?
