Something you should all read about creatine - 2 Thoughts/Questions

Well ive been on whey and a multi for a good while, and recently picked up some masstech which has creatine in it (its a weight gainer.. im 5'4, male, 132 lbs, I was 5'2 105 lbs almost a year ago)... anyways my goal is to get to the 140 lbs mark.

Here's 2 things im wondering... with creatine, even though it in lots of meat and other products we consume, it isnt highly concentrated or in the dose we'd be taking it in powder form.. There's also cyanide in apples, but very small amounts.. I am worried that it may may organs larger like my heart, and vital organs.

Also, perhaps im completely off, and wrong about the above concern, but also, I know that there can be impurities in the process of producing creatine, so I am wondering which brand would be optimal (price is not an issue for me), I can afford lots. :thumbs

Purple-K creatine seems to be working good for me! It cost me about 33$(Canadian) for 100 caps. There is no loading phase required and you are to take 1-2 pills 30 minutes before workout and 1-2 pills within 60 minutes of finishing. Purple-K is a new buffered type of creatine that claims it is 10* more effective than the other brands. www.purple-k.com
