    NOK2 Question?

I have recently started a cycle of NOK2-Nitric Oxide-, the directions are to take 3 caps in the morning and 3 caps in the eveining, would it be better to change that to 3 caps 30 mins or so before workout and 30 mins or so after workout? or all 6 before workout? I am stacking this with the new "Purple-K" creatine.Check it out http://www.supplementscanada.com/popeyes/product7.html

It is a creatine-no product, you don't need to stack "purple-k" or any other creatine on top of what you are already taking. Wasteful & unnecessary strain on the kidneys.

In regards to your question.. try each & see what works better for you. Based on the ingredients, I'd probably go with 3 pre/3 post work out.

    Good luck.
