I'm wanting to buy some glutamine today but not sure if should go for the peptide bonded one or just the ordinary. What's really the difference? which is better?

    Thanks

#1 - peptide bonded glutamine is stable in solution while L-Glutamine is not.
#2 - peptide bonded glutamine (longer chained) gets digested further down the GIT in the small intestine so more actually reaches the bloodstream. if L-Glutamine is consumed a good portion of it will be hijacked by the stomach

    peptide bonded is better...

But more pricey, so with a higher dose of L-glut, its all even in the end.
