    Question CEX Serving Size

I recently began taking CEX and was wondering what they meant by taking one heaping teaspoon once or twice daily-Am i right in believing that they mean to have the teaspoon overflowing?I am also a little confused on how many teaspoons to take. The bottle says combine one teaspoon 1-2 times daily with 24 ounces of water but the website says-"Combine 2/3 teaspoon (~3g) of CEX™ with 16 oz of water. Always consume 12 to 16 oz of additional water immediately following each serving of CEX™. For best results use 1 to 2 servings of CEX™ daily including non-training days"

I used CEX too, but now I'm using NO-Xplode/Cell-Mass.

I used half teaspoon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach an then half teaspoon around 30 min b4 w/o.

Sometimes I cheated and took a full teaspoon before workout .
Cuz u don't need that much. Also try to take everyday, even on non workout days, but during those days take only half teaspoon as first thing in the morning. U can see results in a week or two.
