    Hey all i was just checkin to see what is a good brand of creatine that wont break my wallet.

    Brands dont matter. Ingredients do; there are a couple types of creatine.

    well in that case what kind of ingredients? and what types do what, sorry but im new to the weight lifting scene

    Plain old Creatine Monohydrate
    TriCreatine Malate
    Creatine Ethyl Ester


    Those three are the most popular. Run a search on each and find out about em.
