    creatine problem

    I just started taking the micronized creatine from AST sports and its giving me the shits. I am crapping liquid all day. Has ne1 had a problem like this? Is it me or should I try a new creatine?thanks

    Ha. How long have you been taking it? Give it a chance. Let your body get used to it. If you are still crapping liquid after a week then stop using it.

    I drink it straight down also but have never had a problem with anal explosions. I wouldn't think it would make a difference but if Mr. Lam asked that ? then It must make a diffrence. Come back "T" and give the answere.
