Is this stuff really all that effective. Im assuming so since it is illegal. But would you reccomend taking this and exactly at what dosage.

I never thought much of it at all. I had access to every kind of drug there was ( and for very cheep) and Clen wasn't worth the time it took to swallow the pill. Most of my friends who still compete in CA don't even bother with Clen.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
