CEX, NOK2, Maximum Pump - What's the ultimate combo?

    Hello,

I just can't figure out the right combo for me:

I thought about VPX CEX and adding some AAKG and Citrulin Maltrate.
Then I read for a while and people started recommending Max Pump.
Other guys swear NOK2 is the bomb. What's your opinon?? What are individual compounds missing?

If I take VPX CEX what should I add (NO2)? Does Max Pump contain everything I want?
Which one is the most complete (cee, aakg, no2, citrulin maltrate, diarginine maltrate etc.) and effective?
Does it make sense to trust one single supp. or am I better off mixing my own thing. I don't mind spending a little more if it's worth it?

A lot of questions, I know! Appreciate your advice before I walk to my supp store tomorrow. Thanks!

    Exclamation Brew me up

I am trying to find the most complete brew for me. It seems all the compound products are missing something.

Brew: AAKG, CEE, Citruline Maltrate, Diarginine Maltrate

Am I missing something. What would enhance the mix. Is there a product you can recommend that will give me all of that?

    Thanks for your help! M.J.

AAKG and Diarginine Malate basically do the same thing, give you a pump. I'd drop one of them. Just order them seperately in bulk from bulk nutrition or custom nutrition warehouse. It'll be cheaper.
On a side note, my homebrew is CEE, HMB, Diargine Malate, Citrulline Malate, Taurine and BCAA's. Working good at keeping my strength up during a cut.

I was using CEX + Bulk AAKG powder + Ergopharm Stamin02(Citrulline Malate), I can say that I had good results in strenght and recovery time. I got the AAKG powder very cheap in BN, when they had the free shipping offer. They also sell Citrulline Malate, u can use theirs or try the Stamin02.

I used to mix 1/2 teaspoon of CEX, 1 teaspoon of AAKG and a capful of Stamin02, as first thing in the morning, and then again 30-45 min before w/o.

What is the difference of Citruline Malate and Diarginine? I though they did the same thing. Am I wrong?

    Self Brewed Stack

    Ok,

here's what I am stacking as of today:

    Morning with breakfast:

    AST VP2 Shake
VPX CEX 3 Caps. (5g CEE, Creatine alpha-Ketoglutarate)
    T-Bomb II 3 Caps.
    GNC Mega Men 1 Tabl.
    Vitamin C 1g + Echinacea

    Lunch:

TwinLab Ripped Fuel Extreme 2 Caps.
    Total EFA 3 Softgels
    Calcium Citrate 1g with Vitamin D 400mg

    Pre Workout:

    VPX CEX 3 Caps.
Nutrabolics AE2 4 Caps. (4g AAKG, Arginine Ethyl Esther HCL)
    Taurine 500mg
Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extr. 1 Caps.

    Post Workout:

    AST VP2 Shake
    Nutrabolics AE2 4 Caps.
    L-Tyrosine 500mg
    L-Ornithine 500mg

    Dinner:

    T-Bomb II 3 Caps.

    Before Bed:

    MHP Probolic-SR Shake
TwinLab Ripped Fuel Extr. 1 Caps.

And tons of mineralized (sea salt) and alkalized (squeez a lemon) water.

I couldn't get the Citrulline Malate, yet. I think I'll order it at BN and add it along the way. What do you guys think? Am I missing something? Is this overkill. Any recommendations?

    Thanks!
    M.J.

Looks pretty solid to me. You might have some trouble sleeping with taking the Ripped Fuel right before bed. If it were me, I'd switch the RippedFuel (bedtime) with the T-Bomb(Dinner) times. With that said, I'd still have trouble sleeping taking an thermo that close to bed (but that's just me). You may not be as sensitive to them as I am.

    Ripped Fuel Side Effect

The Ripped Fuel started screwing up my stomach and digestive system (not going in to details here ;-) I stopped it and continued all the rest and everything is fine. I will have to return it.

Any other thermo you can recommend as a substitute to Ripped Fuel??

    Thanks!
