    Protein consumption

I take 2 scoops approx 40 mins after workouts, but I refrain from taking it on weekends when I don't workout to save it. Is this a bad idea? I still take my NOK2 on the weekends and all because you need that stuff in your system just like creatine. But I just figured you dont need to maintain the levels of protein in your body like the other supps.. Am I doing wrong?

Your muscles grow during periods of recuperation and sleep, so you're protein intake should be high regardless of whether you're working out that day.

I drink a protein drink every morning and right before I go to bed. I sometime drink one after my workout but I usually try to eat a steak and some spaghetti or oats.

keep the protein going every 3-4 hours. When you rest-you grow.
Also, dont rely on why all the time-there's a ton of protein sources out there!

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I have never really thought of a way to transport milk to the gym without it getting gross. I guess I'm going to have to use water..or bring it in a cooler. It takes me that long to get home..and I don't just rely on protein supp I eat tons of red meat and what not.

you should be using water with your whey for post workout. adding milks slows digestion. with water you can getting amino acids into the bloodstream in around 20 minutes, with milk around an hour.

I think water is ok, given that it is as cold as possible, and use as little as possible so that the mix is not too dilute and "blah".
