    Question Omega Burn

    Its from Biochem, it's suppsoedly a powerful EFA formula designed for athletes... has nayone taken it beofre or know ne thing about it?

    well since obviously , none of ya'll have taken or heard of it, Do you atleast know if Biochem is a reputable company?

    i think so. i use their creatine and its pretty good the quality is really awsome its also nearly 100% and nothing else.
    So what does this Omega burn do?

    well it has all the efa in it ex. perilla seed oil, flax seed oil sunflower seed oil extra virgin olive oil fish oils cla, gla vit e & a ... this would be an alternative for someone like me i guess becuz i can't stand adding oil to ne thing i eat, so this would take care of all my efa's

    Well, if you want my advise... take any EFA's. I got some Costco brand Omega 3 stuff. Steak has a special fat in it too... something like PCL or HLC... I can't remember.
