    vitamin b6

    so i saw that vitb6 is considred a good supplement during training...why is that...i tried to search it but its too short a word

    Since synergy between vitamins is more important, swallow a capsule of multivitamin and donīt worry about what it does.

    Don't just rely on B6. You really should get a B Complex 50 or 100. All the B's are needed IMO.
